About Matt

What does a home mean to you?

For Matt, it is a place to start and raise a family. A place of comfort and security, where every day ends and a new day begins. Whether you are looking to buy your first home or looking to buy a vacation home his experience and unique background can help guide you through the process and challenges that arise.

Matt grew up in a large, caring family in Boston, Massachusetts. His family was always quick to help others and very active in the community. They have always been leaders in community service projects and believe that ‘community’ does not stop at the borders of our town.

Matt graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island in 2002 with a bachelor’s in Business management. After that, he spent half a decade living in Ireland and traveling around Europe. He has moved over a dozen times and had addresses throughout the northeast and Europe, he is a relocation and moving expert.

Matt met his wife Carrie in 2008 and shortly after that joined Brookline, Massachusetts Fire Department. He was a full-time career Firefighter until the summer of 2016. In 2014 Matthew and his wife moved to his wife’s hometown of Guilford, Connecticut where they now raise three amazing daughters.

As a full-time REALTOR® along Connecticut's Shoreline, he can help you and your family begin to establish your roots. Everything you will need to get started from contractors to childcare. His career has always been focused on putting clients and their needs first.
